Have questions about your upcoming stay?

Is your property suitable for guests with mobility challenges?

Please note, all guest rooms are accessed via stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

What about housekeeping services?

Daily housekeeping is not provided, but fresh linens and towels can be requested anytime during your stay.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Do you provide breakfast?

Yes! A continental breakfast including coffee, tea, full espresso bar, granola, yogurt, and seasonal fruit is provided. Additional breakfast options, such as home-made granola and yogurt, are available upon request.

Are there any pets on the property?

Yes, we have a friendly miniature schnauzer named Buddy and a sociable cat named Pinky. If you have allergies, please inform us in advance.

Are there cooking facilities available for guests?

Yes, there is a fully equipped shared kitchen and dining area available to all guests.

Do the rooms have televisions?

Rooms do not have TVs. We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet for entertainment. Or, go pet a cow :)

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available onsite. Please park in designated guest areas. If you will be arriving with more than one vehicle, let us know ahead of time.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) is not permitted inside or on the porch. You may smoke responsibly away from the house.

Where can I find local recommendations?

Is the house heated and air-conditioned?

Yes, each room has its own thermostat and air conditioning unit. The Atwater Room also features a wood-burning fireplace.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests to check out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
